Here is my theory, i think that Yamori Ko has already been turned into a vampire for a while, that is the only way you can explain the way he jumped off the bridge and was unscathed, not just that, when Nazuna was in front of the vending machine an was getting a beer, the show had the same shadow on Yamori that Nazuna had at the beginning when she was just introduced to us, and she is a vampire. It would also explain how he could jump through the school gates with relative easy when he and his 2 friends went to their school at night.

I don’t think he is a vampire yet because when he was talking to hatsuka (the trap), he still have reflection on the mirror while the trap vampire doesn’t has reflection so vampire don’t have reflection but he does. In definitive he still a human. It’s my theory

I don't think he is fully turned, but by sucking his blood he is starting to gain abilities. This episode went out of its way to let us know that the traits of vampires are mainly unknown.

Interesting idea I assumed to be true, until I saw Hatsuka and Yamori talking, and you can see Yamori's reflection but not Hatsuka meaning Yamori isn't a vampire. Or perhaps, half-vampires are an exclusion to the reflection thing. There's just so many vague rules when it comes to vampires at this point it's hard to say
